Welcome to L'artigiana Greca. Our story began over four decades ago, in 1979 in the heart of Milan.

Back then, a talented Greek artisan named Gkoutziotis Konstantinos left his home in Greece to move to Italy in search of new creative opportunities. With a deep passion for working with natural materials, he established the brand in Milan, specializing in beautiful fur items like winter hats, earmuffs, and classic cold-weather pieces. To this day, Konstantinos is still working in this field in Italy—creating special pieces entirely handmade together with his wife, collaborating with big and famous fashion houses.

A New Chapter, Back Home

The story came full circle when we—Marina and Apostolis (Konstantinos's son), along with our twin daughters—decided to return home from Italy to Greece, where the family's roots are. We wanted to bring all those years of Italian-trained skill and experience back to where it all started.

Today, we have taken over the family legacy to write a brand-new chapter, bringing L'artigiana Greca to a wider online community. While keeping our deep artisanal roots alive, we now focus on what makes a home feel warm and safe: handcrafted real sheepskin slippers and booties for the whole family—from adults who love slow, cozy mornings, to little ones taking their first steps.
